Custom equipment manufacturing

At CEISA, we develop processing equipment specifically designed for each production facility, taking into account operating conditions, product characteristics, and sector regulatory requirements.

The development of these teams is carried out based on the client's technical needs, integrating process, instrumentation, automation, and utility connection solutions to ensure their correct integration within the production line.

Design and manufacturing according to client URS

Equipment design is based on the User Requirement Specification (URS) defined by the client, which establishes the operational conditions of the process, capacity requirements, thermal, pressure, or mixing conditions, and integration criteria within the facility.

Based on these requirements, the equipment engineering is developed, including mechanical design, process instrumentation definition, piping and utilities connections, as well as integration with plant control systems.

Development of functional specifications jointly with the client

During the engineering phase, the functional specifications of the equipment are defined jointly with the client, detailing its mode of operation, process parameters, control logic, and necessary monitoring systems.

This work ensures the equipment correctly responds to the production process's needs and facilitates its integration with other installation systems, such as process equipment, cleaning systems, or plant utilities.
