CIP / SIP Systems

CIP/SIP systems combine automated cleaning (CIP) and sterilization by clean steam (SIP) into a single solution, allowing for complete sanitization cycles without disassembling equipment or process lines.

They are designed for environments where, in addition to eliminating product residues, it is necessary to ensure sterile conditions before the start of manufacturing, facilitating comprehensive process validation in accordance with GMP requirements.

Applications

CIP/SIP of reactors

Allows for complete cleaning and sterilization runs in manufacturing reactors without manual intervention. The system ensures residue removal and subsequent validatable sterilization of the internal volume, agitators, and accessories before the next batch.

Hose CIP/SIP

Applicable to flexible circuits used in sterile processes, ensuring internal cleaning followed by clean steam sterilization. Reduces the risk of cross-contamination in multi-product facilities.

CIP/SIP for process lines

Designed for piping, valves, pumps, and exchangers in critical lines where both cleanliness and sterility are required. Automated control of all parameters allows for full-cycle repeatability and logging for validation.

Fixed CIP/SIP System Configuration

Permanent installation integrated into the plant, connected to purified water and clean steam networks. Allows for complete programmed cleaning and sterilization cycles with maximum operational stability and traceability.

Mobile CIP/SIP System Configuration

Permanent installation integrated into the plant, connected to purified water and clean steam networks. Allows for complete programmed cleaning and sterilization cycles with maximum operational stability and traceability.

Solutions and benefits

Cleaning and sterilization in a single system

They allow complete sanitization sequences to be run without changing facilities.

Rapid transition between production batches

The combination of CIP and SIP reduces turnaround times between production cycles.

Comprehensive control of cleaning and sterilization parameters

They automatically manage critical variables for both processes.

Full equipment preparation before manufacturing

The system ensures that the installation is clean and sterile before product contact.

Repeatability of sanitation cycles

Automation ensures that each cycle runs under controlled conditions.

Regulatory Compliance in Sterile Processes

They facilitate the validation of cleaning and sterilization in GMP environments.
